"Shipping was just okay"
The cookies arrived fine, so no problem there, but the shipping took longer than I was expecting. The tracking also didn’t update much, which made it a little annoying to know when it would actually show up.

"Pretty helpful, when I had a delivery question"
I had a small issue with the tracking on my order, so I reached out to customer service. They got back to me the next day, they were nice about it. It took a little longer than I was hoping for, but they explained what was going on, and my cookies showed up just fine. Overall, it was a good experience, just not the fastest.

"Packaging used to feel nicer"
The packaging looked fine overall, but it felt basic. I remember it seeming a bit better before, so this was just okay and nothing really stood out.

"The flavor just wasn’t for me"
I really wanted to like these, but the flavor was off. It kind of tasted stale right away, and then there was this weird aftertaste that stuck around. Maybe I got a bad batch, I don’t know, but I kept thinking it might get better after another bite and it just didn’t. not worth it for me.

"I ordered from Fat & Weird..."
I ordered from Fat & Weird Cookie and I was not expecting the cookies to show up tasting this fresh, but they were soft in the middle, a little chewy, not dry at all, and I was kind of worried shipping would make them crumbly or stale or weird, but the texture was actually really good and they tasted like they had been made recently instead of sitting around forever, so yeah I’d definitely order again.
